2019 call for funding is now open

To strengthen collaboration between Sweden and South Africa in research, education and innovation the South Africa Sweden University Forum (SASUF) and the Department of Higher Education & Training (DHET) in South Africa is launching a call for short-term collaborative projects between researchers in the two countries.

The funds can be used for costs related to internationalization activities; for instance costs of stay and travel for those involved in the project. The funds can also be used for organizational costs for seminars/conferences with an international focus. Please note that the funds may not be used for salaries.

The second call for funding is now open. The deadline to apply is September 4 2019.
